I guess if you have a specific,localized issue she manages to be polite ? I see a lot of good reviews. In my case it was a full body scan which got rushed, and I still have unexplained scalp issues because she couldn't be bothered to say exactly what it was. Tip of the iceberg, it only got worse as time went on and I regret being patient with all the mistakes made and the lack of respect I got. My advice,at the first sign of bad temper from a doctor just leave and don't back.

I am so blessed to have found Dr. Catherine Chen-Tsai! I have suffered from a severe case of psoriasis on my hands for over 10 years with no relief from several doctors. Dr. Chen Tsai is not the type of Dr. that tells you that you are "out of options" for a cure. She's not afraid to think out of the box and try new treatments or methods until she finds something that works. Dr. Chen-Tsai did not give up on me and after 2 months my hand psoriasis is at least 90% clear! She is definitely a keeper!
