I cannot believe what I am reading. I travel for a living and have many teeth problems. When I am in town Dr jolly goes out of her way to get me in and handle what needs to be done. I love her staff and her practice.

I love it at Jolly Smiles. I called their emergency number when I was out of town for my son who had a toothache and the on call talked me through everything my child needed, I couldn't believe how helpful they were! They even called to follow up and check on us the next day. Way above and beyond :)

I had a pleasant experience in this Office. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. I was given the right information on my dental status and payment procedure. Dr. Jolly is very kind, friendly and at the same time very professional. little surprised about the negative comments in some reviews. I would recommend this practice for anybody looking for a satisfactory experience.

Wow, I have been going to Dr. Jolly for several years and I just saw these reviews. I have never had any of these problems and it just doesn't seem like Dr. Jolly at all! She did have some troubles with staff not being up to par a while ago but made changes and she has great people now. Every time she sees my family and I we are always very happy, my 3 yr old even asks to go see her!!!! She always tells us what we will have to pay and we get itemized receipt every time. She even takes our Care Credit so we can make payments on the big stuff which is a huge help with 4 kids! I recommend her to everyone!

Went to see this DENTIST???? ...She talked constantly about work that was being done in her office..how long she has been there...talked talked talked and did absolutely nothing for me !! I did not go to her office for her to talk (could not even understand her) and not be treated ....I had my sincere doubts that she even knows how to dentistry....This was a wasted visit and I accomplished NOTHING by seeing this person...I would NEVER EVER NEVER see this woman again !!!!

The Dr. was very rude and made our family very uncomfortable. She told us my husband needed expensive periodontal work that is not covered by insurance and then said until he has it done she was not doing his cleaning. We since went to another practice and she is refusing to release his records. When we confronted the office to try and get the records we where told the Dr. was away for the entire month of August and they wouldn't release anything until she was back. Our new dentist tried to call and they said that they wouldn't release the records to them either and that "they know why". No, actually we don't. Very poor practice. I do not recommend this Dr. or her staff.

Hands down the worst dentist we've ever been to. The Dr was rude and condescending. My husband went in for a cleaning & she refused to do it unless he had an expensive procedure that he didn't even need! We've seen a dentist every 6 months like clock work, yet she felt a 34 year old man needed to WATCH A VIDEO on how to brush his teeth!! I reported her to Aetna and we will never step foot in her office again. Horrible, just horrible!

this is the worst dentist i've ever seen, and i would later find out that her shady ways are what led her to lose the practice she had in newark de back in the 90s. she drilled a hole in a molar, telling me it was necessary. i explained i was switching jobs and would soon be without dental insurance. no worries she said, and strongarmed me into getting a procedure done another dentist said was unnecessary. long story short, i tried to make a follow up appt for the NEED that SHE CREATED when she put a HOLE IN MY TOOTH, and was told i couldn't be seen for several months. thanks to dr. jolly i will be paying a thousand out of pocket. SHE IS A CON ARTIST AND GOLD DIGGER. NOT COMPETENT.
