Excellent small optometrist and small eyeglass store that competes well with larger stores. Fast service, great frames selection. Dr. Reed is meticulous and finds things other optometrists miss. For me he recommended different glasses for when I am working on the computer. Worked wonders. No other optometrist ever suggested this.

I went to Reed for a contact lens exam. They took me within an hour of my initial phone call (first red flag - no clientele).

He kept scheduling to bring me back in visit after visit and would not give me my prescription numbers.

On my first 2 visits with him, he said there is no prescription for my vision for contacts, but kept promising that the next appointment he would bring me samples of some that may fit my eyesight. He kept insisting that I do a regular eye exam and get new glasses. I fell for it. I ended up with no contact lenses and new glasses.

On the third visit, he mentioned there was only one contact lens prescription that would fit my eyes, but that they were very expensive and he'd have to order them and I should reschedule to come back for them. I came back on the rescheduled 4th visit for the promised contact lens samples, and he didn't have them - so I just walked out in the middle of the appointment. I was furious with how much he beat around the bush.

He wasted a lot of my time and gave me a ton of phony answers and a lot of empty promises. There's a reason he has so much open availability in his practice. Definitely would not recommend.

I have since been elsewhere and there is in fact a prescription for my eyesight with contact lenses. I have no trust in his practice.

Dr. Reed has consistently provided me with quality optometrist care for the past 8 years. He is knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. I highly recommend him.

Very disappointed with the service I have received. Dr Reed was nice enough, and appeared to be knowledgeable, but that is it. I can't seem to get what I paid for. It took about a month to get my glasses, and I still haven't got my contacts!! Their office closes early most days, often doesn't answer phone. It is one thing after another, of course I have already paid up front so I feel like I am at their mercy...never again!! Save yourself a headache..try a different eye doctor!!

Very disappointed with the service I received over the last year. I had been going to Dr. Reed for a little over 7 years and I've loved the vision he had given me. My eye condition causes me to have many visits every year to be fitted with contacts. Because I had liked the vision Dr. Reed was able to give me I put up with the continual staff turnover but not only is his staff unorganized but he is too. The staff held my glasses for 1 month because they forgot I had gotten married so they did not know how to reach me even though I had given them my new info before they were ordered. Then it took 2 months for Dr. Reed to call a referral only specialist only to wait an additional 2 weeks to be seen because he couldn't get my records in order to send to them. I attempted to obtain all of my records for myself and after close to 3 weeks of excuses he gives me only 1 year and tells me that they "purged" my file because it was getting too big and neglected to tell me. No more referrals!

Very helpful and patient with my Mom who suffered a stroke and has lost certain areas of her vision. I also am a patient and have been going to them for over 6 years with no complaints. Always friendly and helpful.
