Dr. Harold is rude, condescending, curt, disrespectful, and altogether an unpleasant person. She clearly looks down on the people she is supposed to be helping, which is horrible considering they’re the ones paying her bills. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go see her, and I definitely never will again. I hated going to my appointments and the only time I left not feeling like a total piece of garbage was when I got to see the NP instead of Dr. Harold.

Disrespectful, curt, not a bit cordial, snippy when ask her questions. Never seen a doctor act that mean. If she doesn't like being a doctor she should QUIT.

While I will admit Dr. Harold wouldn't win any "Miss Congeniality" awards, she is good at what she does, and I feel confident that I'm in good hands. Isn't that what really matters? As it was rather urgent that I see an Endocrinologist ASAP when I was referred to her, I was impressed (and very grateful) that she managed to squeeze me in as a new patient that same week. I recently left a medical practice (not Endocrinologists) where the Dr. and staff were quite friendly, but made so many mistakes (potentially serious ones) that I'm surprised I escaped with my life! Dr. Harold's demeanor doesn't bother me a bit; I don't need another friend, I need a competent Doctor.

I love Dr Harold! She has been my thyroid doctor for 5 years, and has been one of the best doctors I've ever had. Efficient, punctual and knowledgeable and I wholeheartedly disagree with the other comments.

Dr. Harold has the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. Please do not take yourself or anyone you care about to this doctor. She gets very upset if you ask questions and can be extremely condescending and rude. If you want someone to read you the results of your labwork, give you a dirty look when you ask a question, then boot you out the door ...this is the doc for you. Just horrible

Staff is not friendly. Dr. Harold many times has an attitude when she is speaking to her patients. She could try to be more compassionate. It has bothered me that that she had no knowledge of nor did she care about an affliction my husband had that is a direct effect of diabetes according to our family physician who had full knowledge of it. She also debated with me that taking glucosamine for joint pain can raise one's glucose as another physician had told me. Would be nice if she gave some positive reinforcement once in awhile even if the gains are tiny. Trying to control diabetes is hard on a patient. I will say she is good at finding meds and combinations of meds to bring control to levels.
