I trust Dr. Ruby with my life. He is the best. He is a great diagnostician and takes the time to listen and ask questions. He never makes you feel like you are bothering him and if he does not know the answer he will find out. I recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor

Dr Ruby does not think a cancerous nodule warrants a phone call or immediate attention. Yet, has an assistant call about moving up a scheduled appointment. When asked if there was anything to worry about the answer was " no nothing to worry about." When asked why they wanted to move up the appointment the answer was " we just have open slots to fill." Do yourself a favor and please see another doctor and avoid Mr Ruby at all costs!

Dr. Ruby is a very good, caring doctor. He doesn't make you feel you are being rushed. His staff is also good, wait times are very short.

He was my mother's physician until he was fired. He checked her bone density AFTER she broke a hip. He put her on coumadin, didn't check her blood levels and she nearly bled out. He is dismissive to family members and does what he believes is best. And, what he believes is not always best. If you don't have an issue, he's fine. But if you have older family members that need help, stay with him at their risk.

He takes time to explain everything to you (even drawing pictures)and gives you options for your treatment. Puts you in control of the choices. I wish every Dr were like Dr. Ruby. His nurse practitioner Chris is 2nd to none as well. My treatment is ongoing with diabetes and at every turn they have been there for me and finding solutions. ~Dawn
