Dr Sinha is a fantastic doctor. What makes it so bad, is the staff and ease/non ease of getting an appointment. I would love to continue seeing this Dr. but the staff has made that impossible. You can't get an appointment within a decent amount of time, as of recent, a month. You can't get an emergency appointment, you have to phone to see if any cancellations. I do not like to use the ER as my doctor's office, but the staff has often informed me to do so since I can't get an appointment????

Dr Sinha is great. I get in to see him normally after a couple of days after request of appointment. Staff is ok. They will at times be doing other things and pretend they don't see you standing waiting for the sign in sheet or to ask general questions, but this can be ignored. Dr. Sinha was over an hour late to one of my appointments and I was ready to walk out when they finally called me to the room. Is it that hard to advise your clients when you are running behind? late? Maybe it's just me. He is very through and I get referrals when necessary and tests as needed. The only change would be to the front desk staff, but they have gotten a little better over the past year, but still need some training on customer care.
