Dr. Mark "sold" me his treatment "plan" and when I advised him I was in severe pain after neck adjustments, he insisted that it was because I wasn't coming enough. I have permanent neck injuries after leaving his office, and the medical records to support this. His office is trying to bury negative reviews by posting illegitimate positive reviews -- check the dates on these reviews: 7 positives in 1 week. They fight to have negative content removed. They are running a "business" not a doctor's office. They should not be in this business anymore. Pick a new hobby and stop ruining people's lives. This is not a game.

I have been a patient at NPC on and off for almost 10 years. Mark and his staff are conscientious and knowledgeable. They use various methods of adjustment, physical therapy and technology. They helped cure my Plantar fasciitis when nothing else worked. I highly recommend.

NPC has helped me reclaim my youth! I though my aching back, neck etc. was due to age/wear & tear & something I'd have to learn to live with. I went to NPC and was very happy to learn my condition could be corrected. With a couple of visits I was with out pain and feeling Great!.
Dr. Mark also gave me guidance on proper eating habits through the Simple Process system which helped me drop 30lbs which also made me feel so much better! I no longer feel tired & dragging my self through every day! NPC's whole crew are really Great! They truly care about their patients. I highly recommend NPC for helping you maintain your health! Being proactive with your health will keep you younger feeling too!

I was diagnosed with a cervical disc herniation, which was confirmed by an MRI. I was experiencing neck pain radiating to the right shoulder and arm with numbness and tingling into my hand. I had been to multiple spine specialists and orthopedic physicians. After over a year of medications and physical therapy, surgery was recommended. I tried massage and acupuncture as well with only minimal results. The doctors at New Providence Chiropractic did a thorough health history, examination and X-rays. Dr. Schlobohm reviewed the results with me and gave me a treatment protocol. I was nervous about having my neck adjusted, but I conceded to the treatment when I was assured that it was safe and was supplied research by the office to ease my fears. I experienced immediate relief after my first treatment. I was advised that this was only temporary in the beginning and that the treatment plan had to be followed to get the best results. After continued adjustments with physical therapy and supervised rehabilitation exercises monitored by the doctors I am pleased to say that I am fully recovered! Dr. Schlobohm gave me my life back. It took some time, but I am forever grateful.

I have been going to NPC for years. I had a lumbar disc herniation and sciatica down my right leg. I went to several orthopedic doctors and neurologists, who only recommend physical therapy which didn't help or surgery which I didn't want. After a few months of treatment I was pain free. Now I keep up with maintenance care to continue to feel great. Also, I didn't realize I had a neck problem as well until the doctors started adjusting my neck and it felt so much better. Thanks again NPC!!!

I can't thank NPC enough for the care and treatment I have received. For years I believed shoulder pain that continually woke me at night was caused by arthritis. This was my MD's diagnosis also. On my first visit NPC took xrays and discovered it was a pinched nerve and not arthritis. They immediately lessened the pain in my shoulder as well as decreasing my back pain. I'm happy to say since the first treatment I've been sleeping without being awaken by shoulder pain. My sincere thanks to the entire NPC staff for their courteous and professional care and the treatment I have received.

Do not let them touch your neck! I didn't go in there with any neck pain at all, but during the initial assessment, they insisted my neck needed continual adjustments. After the adjustments, I had extreme neck pain and could not even move my head. They said this means I need to come in MORE, and it hurts because it is healing. Well, thanks guys, i ended up with such extreme pain that i was passing out and vomiting in the middle of the night. I went to the hospital, and MRI's showed a disk PUSHING AGAINST my spinal cord. My orthopedic doctor said they should have referred me to someone else a long time ago, and that what they told me was "chiropractor BS". A year of physical therapy, maxing out of my insurance, sleeping in a neck brace, the pain is still constant and my life has changed entirely. I am not a surgery candidate, because it is "too risky" with its location. There is nothing left for me to do. I wish I never would have walked into their office.

Dr. Mark Schlobohm will see you the first time you go but then you get relegated to one of his associates. They didn't change their treatment strategies even though I repeatedly told them it wasn't working. They have a routine and they wouldn't adapt to my specific issues. The physical therapy portion of the treatment was a joke. It was so haphazard! Plus, once they "train" you to use the machines you get very little supervision. They don't care if you are doing it wrong. A couple of times, the doctor's son supervised my therapy! He has no training! But, they charged a fortune for it. Overall, don't expect to see Dr Schlobohm. He sells you on the treatment plan and then you will only see his jr associates. All of the doctors keep repeating to "Stick with it... You need time to heal". But, they never tweaked my treatment even though I never had improvement. And to top it off, they sold me a pillow that made my neck worse. It's all about making $.
