Most unfriendly front desk staff. If you're not a regular, it's like you are not even there. Also, how in today's world does a doctor's office not have wifi for their patients. Cellular service is nonexistent in the waiting room, so you'd think they'd open up the office wifi to patients.

I have several emergencies and he has always been there for me, even one time on Fathers Day he came in to the office and helped me .
