Sorry to have to report that I was MORE THAN UNHAPPY with my only two visits to this doctor. Two visits were enough for me to realize that this doctor was just going to address the comfort issue of my foot, and not try to pinpoint the cause of the real problem I am having. It was apparent to me that these visits were also going to be a monthly routine of trial and error. Stick pads in your shoe. Didn't work? Here, lets try some inserts. I felt as if nothing I said was being heard. At some point I started feeling like I was back in the 50's when doctor's used to dismiss women's complaints as "It's all in your head." I was beyond upset with this man during my second appointment. I don't get upset easily, and it is very rare for me to complain. If I do complain, something is terribly wrong. The man has absolutely no communication skills.

I've been to this doctor twice, and both times he was nice and very helpful. Staff was also nice. I got in and out very quickly and am very satisfied.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! But then I guess you can be like that when you are the only doctor of your kind in one city.

I have to agree with previous rating. I waited a month and a half for my appointment only to get to the office to find a note on the door saying all appointments had been cancelled due to an out of town emergency. Now, I know emergencies happen and had they called me, I would be the first to say, "I understand, no big deal, I'll reschedule."...if they had called me. But to let me (and everyone else) leave work (in this heat mind you) only to find a note taped on the door, does not cut it for me. When I tried to call to reschedule it was going to be another month before I could get in and the receiptionist was VERY rude!! Not going back!

This doctor and his office put everything else before patient care. I called for an appointment and told them I was in pain, still my appt. was one month off. After waiting for the entire month they called two days before the appointment and had to reschedule so the doctor could go out of town...another month. Meanwhile, I'm in pain. Thanks a lot. He could care less!!
