Gave low rating on staff and knowledge because 1) called at 9:20 on a thursday morning complaining of temp of almost 103 and SEVERE sore throat. Was told Dr. wasn't having office hours that day (which he normally did) and that someone would call me back to advise me about what he wanted me to do. Never got a call back until almost 11AM the NEXT morning. 2) I'm diabetic, and Dr. Moclock had me on types of insulin that the diabetes educator he sent me to advised him that needed to be changed, but he refused to do so.

Complained about the slow response of test results that were ready in 2 days by lab. Dr. Moclock responded by dismissing me from the practice. This Doctor is very unprofessional. Lab had advisd that results would be ready in 2 days yet the doctor did not have more than 1 week later, lab advised me this doctor chooses only to receive results via regular mail, although fax and email are an available option. I called several times seeking the results of my blood work, each time advising staff of my unability to sleep at night due to mysterious joint pains, yet they would not make a simple phone call to lab to receive the results. I had to call the lab myself to find out the results had been ready in 2 days just as they said they would, then call back the doctor back and demand they take action to get the results. They did so, and I then I promptly received a letter advising he would no longer my physician. He did me a favor really. Beware of this unprofessional Dr.

Have to push for test results. Missed indicators for Overactive Thyroid.
