I love doctor Shirley! I've been going to him for years for various dental procedures, him and his staff are amazing, very well educated and so friendly. I've always had a painless experience there, even being that I was having surgery. I would highly recommend.

Excellent~!! Dr. Shirley and his staff in Bluffton are tops! I had a molar that previously had a rood canal that had cracked and was infected, and needed to be extracted. I was in tremendous pain in the week before my surgery. The antibiotics prescribed by my dentist the week prior, cleared that up and helped with the infection and pain. Dr. Shirley explained everything to me as to what needed to be done. My appointment day was friendly, efficient and I had absolutely NO swelling or bruising after this. I was pleasantly surprised only because I had a terrible time 25 years ago with the another molar. If you need oral surgery in the Bluffton area.....Dr. Paul Shirley and his staff Susan, Lilia and Kristy are tops!

Dr. Shirley and the staff take care of their patient very well. I developed an abscess a few weeks after wisdom teeth removal. I went back to Dr. Shirley and he fixed me up as good as new. I highly recommend Dr. Shirley.

Saw Dr. Shirley on an emergency basis and he was able to extract the tooth with no problem. I was extremely pleased with how quickly this was resolved. I would definitely recommend him.

An OK oral surgeon, patient side manner needs a lot of improvement, not as busy as other oral surgeons in the reason, this doctor does not allow patients to split cost over two months. Very inflexible on payments.
