Horrible doctor. Staff was always rude. Holes in the wall and a horribly long wait time. He always arrived late to appointments and I could not understand his mumbling.

the waiting time is anything from 2-5 hours . its a mess honestly .. The weighting room invorment is insane and a 4 hour wait with people who have been waiting 2-6 hours them self tend to be some what hostile and loud . DR. Patel is honestly a very rude doctor .. He has down it all from telling me I was "fat" from thearting to cancel my medications because my Vvyanse did not come up on my drug test even tho I take it daily . I tried asking questions too why it wouldn't show up and he countied to yell and threaten me. He also didn't do much explaining of the medication I'm taking .. But he has his days honestly ..

The wait time can be up to 4 hours. The doctor is good, but his staff are lousy. their latest trick is to not answer the phone. It is constantly going to a recorded message. My insurance company has been trying to get them on the phone for 3 days. I have tried every hour on the hour to no avail. I will have to leave this practice not because of the doctor but because of h is staff. Also his staff is rude .

This doctor is the worst person let alone dr that i have ever met. BEWARE: if your insurance is medicade or medicare he willnot give you time of day. He was more intersted in informing me that medicade and foodstamps are coming to an end and that when i reach retirement age there will be no ssi for me to draw from. he thinks a full time mom is not a job! he only asked me 4 question about my health history. I recently moved from macon and the dr i had in macon was wonderful!!! He is the doctor from hell!!! I WONT BE GOING BACK!!! Regardless if he is the only doctor in Columbus who accepts medicade.

Beware of this place. If you have time to wait two or three hours in a super small waiting room that is standing room only, then this is the right place for you! The staff is extremely rude, especially the black lady who mans the window for Dr. Patel (no offense, just don't know her name). Once you finally get called to see the doctor, you are in and out with a whole slew of medications you weren't on before. He has a very heavy accent that you can barely understand as well! Also wanted to tell you about another experience I had. Went in w/o an appointment because I couldn't get through on the phone. I ask to put in a message with the doctor and this lady says no need, that I could see him between patients about my medications. I have a seat, about an hour later I go up to the window and the black lady said I didn't sign in. She says it is crowded and refuses to put in a message in saying he can't fix anything... So I told her to cancel my appointment and I will not be back.

staff are the rudest people you'll ever met and you can spend hours in the waiting room. The doctor will spend 5 min with you and hand you a paper with prescriptions on it. Its also very hard to understand what he is saying
