Refused to work with a transgender woman. The staff and doctor both had negative preconceptions about transgender patients. All I wanted was a consult on breast enhancements. What I got was an earful of uneducated reasons why they wont see me as a patient. They should be embarrassed.

I am 11 weeks post op breast augmentation and abdominolplasty. Dr Parva was absolutely amazing! This surgery had been a dream of mine after carrying 4 babies. I had never had surgery before and I never thought I would have the confidence to follow through until I met Dr Parva. He and his staff made me feel comfortable and eased my fear. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I feel better about my body now than I did prior to having my girls. I followed all after care instructions and didn't have any complications. I feel great and I'm so grateful I entrusted my care to Dr Parva.

Words CANNOT describe just HOW AMAZING Dr. Parva and his entire office staff are!!!!! Even though I wanted this procedure so badly I could taste it, I still had some fear and intimidation towards the actual process. After all, it IS major surgery and I had never experienced anything like that before. From start to finsh, however, Dr. Parva was there every step of the way, addressing my concerns and making me feel totally confident and comfortable in my decision. His office staff (Petra, Rose, Marny, Stess and Linda) were SO unbelievably supportive and helpful, and made me stress-free throughout all of the appointments, paperwork and financing. During the ACTUAL procedure, I couldn't have been in better hands, whatsoever. From the anesthesiologist team, to the pre and post-op nurse squad, I couldn't have felt more at home and well taken care of. Now, as a result, I feel like the happiest and most confident woman, EVER. A MILLION gold stars and thumbs up from this girl right here!!!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr, Parva and his staff. He was the most caring, attentive, reassuring, and sensitive physician I had the pleasure to get as my reconstructive surgeon. During my partial mastectomy January 2015, he stepped in and did the reconstruction and I cannot be happier with the results. Also his staff was so helpful with ensuring my health insurance was taken care especially since my policy changed within 1 month of surgery. She immediately called me the week before my scheduled surgery, stayed past her scheduled office hours to call the insurance and worked with me to resolve any issues and ensure I would be covered for the reconstruction and my surgery wouldn't be delayed. I still see Dr. Parva around Leesburg and get a wonderful hug from him all the time.

Dr parva was a complete assho, he humiliated me in front of his staff, he asked me what my expectations we're from breast augmentation, why he asked idk because he didn't even listen to them nor did he want to see the pictures of the ideas I had in mind because he claimed he doesn't do breast augmentation based off someone else picture, which sound stupid for a physician who's been practicing for 20yrs, you would of known it was just an idea. He's one of those physicians that does what he wants, it's not in the best interest of his patients, and if that's hw he conducts hs business then I would never recommend Dr parva.

I didn't have any surgery performed by Dr. Parva, but I did have a very good experience with him and the receptionist . They examined my case and helped me to make the decision that would work best for me and my family. They are very caring and attentive. The most important, they are very honest and willing to help ( something rare in this field).

I thing Dr Parva should have two titles the second being Dr. Amazing. I feel and look amazing after breast reconstruction. Cancer robbed me of a body part and it was a terrible emotional blow but Dr. Parva''s compassion and surgical talent has mended my body and mind. He and his staff give you there complete attention and super pre and post surgical information for as pain free a recovery as possible. Go for the full reconstruction areola and nipple you will look and feel great in all those new pretty bras. I can't thank Dr enough for all he has done for me. Your not the wing man your TOP DOC????

The results I received from Dr. Parva were amazing...my breasts look better now then before my bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction surgery. Dr. Parva works with you to achieve all your reconstruction goals. His bedside manner is professional and compassionate. I highly recommend him.

I recently had a breast reduction with Dr. Parva and I can't say enough wonderful things. I had always been large breasted and didn't like it. They had already taken a toll on my body and my self image at the age of 25. Once I meet with Dr. Parva I just knew I was in good hands. He truly is the best doctor I could've asked for because he and his staff are so caring, geniune, friendly, and thorough. My results from the surgery are absolutely amazing! The scaring is way better than I could've imagined and for the first time in my life I can say that I like my boobs. Dr. Parva has given me an amazing gift that has changed my life. The recovery was surprisingly easy. I went into the surgery expecting the worst and thinking I'd be in alot of pain. Aside from standing my mobility was much better than anticipated and within four days I no longer needed pain medicine. If you are considering a breast reduction I would highly suggest Dr. Parva and his staff.
