Excellent experience! Totally at ease from the time of consultation and definitely throughout the procedure. Everything was explained so clearly that a child could understand. Yet nothing condescending or sarcastic about it. Dr. Billinger and Staff treated my Daughter and I very well! We have been recommending them to friends and family.

# 1 Recommended! My 15 year old daughter was referred to Dr. Bruce Billinger for periodontal services by her orthodontist. Staff was very friendly and polite. Dr. Billinger was punctual, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I consider Dr. Billinger a caring doctor because he did a follow up call the next day(Sunday)to check on my daughter. Very satisfied customer!

Horrible experience. MD offensive to every question I had. Apparently someone must have questioned his ability because he was on the defensive, jumping to erroneous conclusions and insistent despite me telling him I wasnt implying nothing about his ability. I was asking questions, as if I cant question him. Never had such an experience with a MD before. He kept using dental terms despite me telling him to explain in non dental, he kept using the same term in a condescending manner. If I asked him something, his reply would be, that's what I said, as if I better not ask for clarity. Touchy! I will never recommend him. He even pulled another patient, who had no business into the matter. He told the patient to tell me he was a competant MD and I said again that I never said he wasnt, then he said it was the way I was holding my hands like I was not sure. Holding my hands?!! He's an idiot. Mistake to patronize black business, never again!
