Arrogant doctor alert!! I waited for over an hour at his office in
Templeton, the last 25 minutes of which I could hear him yukking it up with a buddy in the exam room next to mine. I walked out and told his assistant that I had things to do and could wait no longer, and she said "Yeah, he's like that." Really? Apparently he's the only back specialist in the area so he can get away with this uncaring and unprofessional behavior.

Staff is under a lot of pressure to keep things moving since this doctor is so popular. Waiting room is always packed and staff is sometimes grumpy. Just smile a lot and work with them, and everything is okay. Doctor is top notch. Bedside manner is excellent. He is an expert in the field and I credit him for saving my career after debilitating blown discs literally stopped my life. I would recommend him to anyone suffering from spinal injury.
