I have never had any difficulty scheduling an appointment with Dr. Moyer, always within a time frame that met my needs. Her staff is always courteous. When I have had questions or concerns, return calls were made promptly. Dr. Moyer is always friendly, compassionate, and professional.

Staff are not helpful, not friendly, and take their time getting back to you. The doctor is kind and professional, if you can get past her staff to get her on the phone. Staff insists that they have made referrals and faxed documents when the receiving offices say they have gotten no correspondence from the office (multiple times). The front office keeps trying to push you off on the Nurse Practitioner when you ask to see the doctor. Not the best place to go if you have a serious medical problem that needs regular prompt medical attention, because the doctor may may be inclined to provide it, but you will never get past the staff to get it.
