    Great staff and very carrying doctor. Been to other dermatologists gave ne wrong dx and incorrect medication. Dr. Robles got off the medications and gave the right one. I have total respect for him

    Excellent Doctor! Excellent and friendly staff from the front office to the back. I recommend him to all my friends and family. He's very knowledgeable, he explains everything really well and he has great bedside manner. He's the best Dermatologist around!

    Called to make an appointment as a first time patient. The staff on the other end of the phone was short and rude. They said they could not make the appt for me because their system was down and that I needed to call back. I ask ask them if they could call me back when their system came back online and if they really wanted my business. She (the office staffer) reluctantly took down my number, albeit. What’s with all the lazy people these days! I have changed my mind about seeing this doctor and will take my business elsewhere.
    NOTE TO DOCTORS: your staff is your first line of defense. They will make you or break you!

    Wouldn't look at what I asked him to. Diagnosed from six feet away. Never spoke to me directly - spoke only to the two young females he was "training." I felt as though I was being treated as a minor and boring instructional aid.

    DR ROBLES IS THE BEST DERMATOLOGIST. HE HAS TREATED MY SKIN CONDITION SKIN WHICH I SUFFERED WITH FOR MANY YEARS. MY SKIN PROBLEM IS GONE SINCE MY VISIT TO DR ROBLES. I HAVE REFERRED MY CHILDERN AND GRANDCHILDERN. DR ROBLES IS ONE OF THE BEST DERMATOLOGISTS, HE IS KIND AND CONSIDERATE AND MOST OF ALL VERY KNOWLEGABLE AS A DERMATALOGIST. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR ROBLES!!

    Dr. Robles is a great doctor! He is very knowledgeable and full of energy. He has a great sense of humor which is so refreshing for a doctor. I went to several doctors and none of them could diagnose my condition right and I spent so much in copays and prescriptions for multiple creams. Dr. Robles took one look at my rash and knew right away what the problem was and had my rash cleared up in a few days. I read some of the posts on this site below and don't believe any of them.

    Dr. Robles has over 15 years of experience in the field of dermatology and dermatologic surgery. He has published over 30 medical and research articles, including chapters in major medical textbooks. He has been recognized as one of “Inland Empire’s Top Doctors”. Dr. Robles is highly respected by his peers as one who welcomes the toughest and most challenging cases within the region. Dr. Robles has a strong interest in education and has been involved in teaching medical students, residents, and clinicians for years. “My practice philosophy is that optimal care begins with listening to the patient. A good doctor-patient relationship is fundamental to successful outcomes. I don’t just diagnose and treat, I educate.
