Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Dr. Allgeier did a great job of assessing my issues, and giving me exercises to alleviate my pain. Once my pain was more managed, he explained to me what was causing the pain, and how the exercises/advice he gave me would help correct that particular problem. There was also NO SHAMING of any kind in my appt. No "if you lose 20 lbs you might feel better" or "I told you 2 years ago to have better posture at your desk job, etc". Just understanding of my pain and advice on how to correct for it. A++!
