Dr. Nakamoto takes the time with you to explain things thoroughly and makes sure that you know that you've been heard and that he's answered all your questions and addressed any concerns you may have.

Straub has this email system where I can email him and he gets back to me in the same day. Love it! :)

He really listens. I love how he calls with my test results! He makes my condition easy to understand.
