There is nothing I can say that supports the idea of anyone going to Dr. Kreul. The subtlety I missed when I contacted Dr. Kreul's office was the vast number of immediate openings he had for office appointments and surgery. As compared to other plastic surgeons, who were booked out months in advance for office appointments and surgery. These openings in Dr. Kruel's 0ffice were evidence that business was clearly not as good as they might have you believe. Just not that many patients apparently, and there is a reason for the lack of patients.

As to my surgery, which involved my face and breasts, the end result was nothing near what I desired and Dr. Kreul had indicated he could achieve for me. The other aspect that I naively accepted was Dr. Kreul's recommendation and that I allowed him to proceed with two separate surgeries, two days apart. The impact on myself was physically and emotionally was significant. Although Dr. Kreul acknowledged the initial breast surgery was deficient, he offered and did perform a second breast surgery to address the issues. The second breast surgery was not an improvement, if anything from my perspective it was worst.

Recognizing that physicians can display an unrealistic sense of omnipotence, we should address bedside manner. Dr. Kreul's demonstrated a bedside manner which is insensitive, and explosive.

At this time, I realized Dr. Kreul was clearly a physician who did not have my best interest at the forefront. Dr. Kreul seems to have lost sight of the declaration that the physician should, "....do no harm". I then made the decision to make appointments, months out, and seek the opinions of two other plastic surgeons. Although these doctors did not indict Dr. Kreul, they were dismissive of the demonstrated surgical skills performed on me.
After a lot of money and two additional surgery, I was able to come close to achieving the results I desired. Achieving what I desired was only limited by the impact of Dr. Kreul's surgery

I had an abdominoplasty Oct 2017 and from start to finish the experience has been great. I love my results so far. He is attentive and thorough when it comes to how things will be done and what to expect. The ladies at his facility are comforting and professional. Procedures are performed at his clinic in a clean and comfortable environment. If I ever wanted to have another procedure I would definitley go back to Dr. Kruel.

Warning! Don't do it! He is a wolf in sheep's clothing . I made so many referrals to him and I feel so bad. I've had so many surgeries done by him trying to repair what he has made only worse and painful and now he won't even help me.

Dr Kreul has done several skin cancer surgeries on me. Last year I had a extensive surgery after a MOHs surgery done by my dermatologist. So two surgeries in one day. My hole in the side of my nose was very extensive from the MOHs and Dr Kreul thoroughly explained how he would reconstruct my face. I was scared to death, knowing I won't look the same anymore. Not only was the malignant skin cancer scary so was the reconstruction part. A year later I just had my revision . I'm anxious to see how it will look. There compassion is Amazing , they make me feel so comfortable and at ease. I had a lot of anxiety about the procedure but I also became such an advocate for educating people about malignant skin cancer. They embraced my mission to and their front office staff is amazing as well. It's only the skin cancer that brought me to this office and my own GP who is very well respected in the valley recommended him. He was right, Dr Kreul was a great match. He is Good and compassionate. If I ever do decide to have any elective plastic surgery done he is the man, hands down! 💗💜💗

Doctor performed my breast surgery. I had old implants from years back and wanted new a little larger as well. They look horrable with or without clothes. Uneven, one up , one down one very hard a had capsular contracture immediately and rippling that's embarrassing visible. I have talked to him and had several visits to ask him to fix this. He only offered a discount. I look deformed and can't even where anything that remotely shows by breast ( rippled uneven)I wish I would have just kept the old one. I look like a disfigured freak, also had two other friends that went to him and also have uneven rippling breast, I went back twice to talk with him, he can clearly see how bad my breast look. He should redo surgery and replace at no cost. I've already been through enough emotion pain and embarrassment !

I had been looking for a doctor to do my best reduction surgery. I first went to another doctor and was treated so terrible. She never shook my hands, refused to do the surgery, and said she would call me in 6 months. I cried for hours after that visit. In the middle of my crying, I called Dr kreul and the receptionist was so nice she called me down and scheduled me in.
When I walked into their office, I didn't even sit in the waiting room, the brought me into another room, talked to me and after took me into another exam room. When Dr kreul walked in that day he sat right in front of me held my hands and talked to me! I cried because he listened.
All of the ladies there did not look at me differently, and I booked my surgery prior to leaving that day, knowing that this was the Dr I wanted to do my surgery.
I recommend him to anyone I talk to.

I had a chin implant less than a year ago. I made my appointment and went in for surgery. The day of surgery I was discharged almost immediately after I woke up and asked for aftercare instructions, they said he didnt have any because he doesnt do this kind of procedure very often. Um ok, then after recovering a bit I looked for my follow up appointment time and date, there was none. I had to call and ask if they wanted to see me again to check on my healing. Once I was in there I told him the implant had moved.... he then appeared to become agitated and handled my face pretty roughly causing pain. He then told me there was nothing he could do accept remove the implant and then left the room after I told him I wanted to see how it healed. I told someone close to me I was upset by how the whole surgery was handled, I then got a call from the staff saying that " a little birdy told them I was unhappy with the surgery and they offered me free botox " this was in a voicemail. Are you serious? How about fixing the implant? Now about 9 months later the nerve is still damaged, the arm is in my gums and the base appears to have slipped under my actual chin/jaw bone. I am going in to another dr to see what is going on

Dr. Brian Kreul is wonderful and so is his nurse Christine. Both kind and professional but they had a light air about them that allowed them to still make lighthearted jokes and ease my woes. I felt as though he truly cared about me and my well being and comfort before, during and after. Christine is a warm energy and I automatically felt relaxed in the room with her. I almost forgot I was naked and marked up I was so at ease. And his surgery is so precise, he takes his time and is very serious about perfection. Barely any scarring after a year.
