1st red flag should have been the sketch location. 2nd flag - the "PA" was the secretary and weighed me on a bathroom scale IN THE LOBBY. 3rd flag-PA blasted through questions, never looked at me or followed up on any answers. 4th flag-exam room was tiny, had no computer or desk, "bed" was a chair. Gault came and asked a few questions, said "what do you need me to do today" (it was an annual - I needed whatever doctors normally do). Said b/c of my age, I'm healthy and don't need anything - didn't do eyes/nose/throat check, blood pressure or anything docs normally do. I asked when I should expect my COVID vaccine immunity may wear off and she told me to get the booster (which is NOT FOR THE PUBLIC RIGHT NOW) & told me to mix it up and get the brand I didn't originally get (WHICH YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO). She also gave me a prescription for something I did not need, did not ask for and that we did not discuss. She did not listen, did not do a full exam (or even partial). I was shocked. Will never be going back. I hate the process of finding a new doctor but will gladly do that over risking my health by going here again. If I could give zero stars, I would.
