Unethical billing practices and not customer-centric.

Dr Klockowski and his staff are excellent. Everyone was very professional and helpful, the facility is very modern and clean, beautiful office. Our first visit was at no charge. Dr Klockowski examined both of my children, specifically showing me what was incorrect with their tooth alignment. He suggested we wait 6 more months and return to his office for another ( free ) appointment, waiting for baby teeth to fall out. My wife and I are very happy with Dr Klockowski, we drive 30 minutes extra to see him because our local orthodontic group practice was only interested in getting started even though our kids have several baby teeth remaining. We highly reccomend Dr Klockowski !
