Spent thousands and did not do what they said and will not follow up or fix my husband's mouth!

Dr. Eddy was the first person in my 30 year experience with evergrowing mandibular tori to ask why I hadn't had them removed. I was under the impression that it would not be covered. I was told this by my former dentist, Dr. Christian Yaste (who I loved, until I got priced out of his group and now I'm a bit irked with). Dr Yaste worked just down the street from Dr. Eddy and didn't even refer me for a consultation. Dr. Yaste knew the tori caused me pain. He knew that my diet was limited because food got stuck under them. I had previously been told this by another dentist in my 30's. (I'm 60 now)

So Dr. Eddy changed my life. Tori made my tongue rest on the roof of my mouth. That's big tori. In 2 visits he removed them for me. Was there post op pain? Yes, there are lots of nerves in your mouth. (Take the hydrocodone Rx, believe me.) But he was so gentle and kind. So thorough. He made me feel important and valued as a patient. I simply cannot recommend Dr. Nelson Eddy highly enough in words. Simply the best. Dr. Eddy and staff, I thank you from the bottom of my pulp. (to the laypeople that's the soft part in the roots of your teeth)

Dr. Eddy is a wonderful doctor. He is very informative in the procedures he performs and very kind. Dr. Eddy has a heart of gold and in always interested in how you are doing and if I feel comfortable with all the information he is providing and if I have any questions. I am very comfortable in the chair. His staff is genuinely friendly, but very professional. They all seem to enjoy their jobs and work well together. I could not ask for a better outcome for the help he has provided me. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Dr. Eddy was recommended to me by a local prosthodontist. I needed extensive treatments and had consulted with 2 other doctors and was not impressed. Dr. Eddy clearly explained the course he would take, gave logical answers to all my questions and was very patient as I learned. Mine was possibly the most longterm "project" Dr.Eddy ever encountered, but he ALWAYS treated me kindly and professionally. He always responded quickly when I had an issue I could not manage. I just recently learned I have a serious condition that caused many problems about keeping appts. Dr Eddy could have released me as a patient like others have. Yet he was very concerned and committed to finishing what he committed to. I do not believe there is a better doctor anywhere who knows what he is doing, truly has a heart for his patients and does exactly what is needed. From my view his staff really enjoys working with him as well. I respect and appreciate Dr. Eddy and trust his knowledge and skills
