Dr. H is so warm and friendly. He bends over backwards to help patients find affordable treatments and tests. He is always willing to listen to your full complaint instead of jumping in and invalidating your thoughts/feelings. He works so hard! Many days he is not at the Portage practice close to my home. I have to wait a long time to get an appointment there. I think most days he works at the Three Rivers office. He is great at focusing on preventative care. He is a firm believer in catching things early. Therefore I think he runs more labs than other providers to make sure your care is the concern, not the insurance companies requests (ie step therapy for meds...) He is so kind and open minded. I found him to be a great family physician.
