Dr. Neifing is the best endocrinologist I ever had and I have had 4 since being diagnosed with diabetes. Dr. Neifing is very knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and takes ample time to talk to me. He always has my chart when he sees me and he reviews the content thouroughly, not just look at the last visit as some doctors do. He gives me samples when I need them(i.e. when I was unemployed). He showed concern and compassion when my mother died. I have sent several of my friends and associates to him and they all like him. My diaetes is under good control under his care. He also volunteers his time in the community. His current medical assistant is aloof on the phone and abrupt. She is not eactly client centered in her interaction with clients. thant would be my only concern about Dr. Neifing's practice. In the past, his ma's have been very professional, show concern,and reslonded in a timely manner and very cooperative in what needed to be done and/or commuto Dr. Neifing.

His nurse lacks compassion and knowledge, and the doctor is frequently absent.
