This doctor is unethical. You can hear the staff and doctor having conversations about private patient information. The patient has no privacy whatsoever. The staff finds it enjoyable to poke fun at the poor patients that have to take medication due to their mental health. This is disgusting. VSP patients! Please go back and have your claims recalculated for accuracy. VSP has been billed incorrectly for glasses and contact lens fittings. This office has a high turnover of employees due to Dr. Dawn Arnold’s racism, sexual-harassment, discrimination and having sex with her patients in and out of the office. We need caring doctors and staff that can abide by the laws of the state of New Jersey. That’s why we have them!!!

Dr. Arnold is a great optometrist! She is very thorough and fully explains each procedure and exam. I think she is fairly priced as well.
