Our visits were sub-par. Getting info is difficult and frustrating with them (both the doctor and staff). We got a bill showing a charge for a service that my Mom didn't receive. When we called to question it, they insisted that the service happened. ??? We also ordered diabetic shoes for my Mom. That process was several months long. First the doc's office ordered the "approved" shoes by the manufacturer. Weeks later, we learn it wasn't available. What? So we order again. They tell us don't worry, it is available. Weeks later, we learn it isn't. A few weeks later, the original shoe we ordered... arrived. By this point, we aren't interested in having anything to do with this office and have been referred to someone else who is better, and has much better communication and patient skills.

Dr. Pascual did surgery on me a few years ago which had to be redone with a different doctor. She has very poor skills. I would not do surgery with this doctor. On everything else she was fine otherwise.

After seeing 2 doctors about my ankle tendon Dr. Pascual was the ONLY one that diagnosed the problem correctly-posterior tibia tendon rupture. Wearing the boot and Fector patch and pain free for 5 days straight! The best I've felt in 2 years! Took the MRI and will go back to figure out the next step. The staff very down to earth and treated me well. The wait extra heavy because she was going on vacation so it was packed. Doctors punctual? Really?

look profesional on computer .but when you go ther you wait one hour our more /bogus add thats not her on add//// staff suck;s can;t rememeber anyone or what the patient there for or ? get your act togther or go back to school/think of patient not $$$$$$$$$
