Never had a bad experience at Dr. Hart's practice.

I would like to register negligence or lack of transparency on Dr. Ron Hart and his staff who handled billing. This is my worst experience I had in my dental treatment. Initially they provided a treatment plan and then on the day of the treatment they changed the procedure which increased the estimated cost by $75 and to him this is not significant.
Though the service is good, I was not informed prior about their billing practice. Even if your insurance did not cover, it is their practice to charge whatever they want, as mentioned by Dr. Ron Hart. He also cool enough to say that he would shoot my previous doctor who partially worked on root canal treatment.
Also he tried to oversell "unnecessary" treatment/fillings to my kids during regular cleaning session. When I referred these "unnecessary" treatments to my doctor back in my country, they confirmed they were unnecessary at this stage.
I stress caution for any new patients or current patients about these practices at Dr. Ron Hart.

I have been to several dentists in Bartlesville all of which belittled me. Then I was referred to Dr. Hart by a coworker and let me tell you it was a completely different and pleasant experience. Great dentist and staff!
