I had a poor experience with Dr. Slate. Similar to the previous review, he seemed rushed and on vacation quite frequently. I felt like he was just trying to get me out of his office. His staff didn't follow up after requesting tests from another doctor. Not pleased and don't trust even trust his assessments.
