I've going to dr Sivkin for a long time. I LOVE her. She one of the best doctors around. It makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Even though I moved to a different state ( not to far) I continue going to her.

Dr is nice - she speaks way too fast and pays attention to what everyone ELSE is doing. Her staff is helpful. The office is a mess - seems outdated - and did not seem very clean.

I came to Dr. Sivkin's office when I was pregnant and I had no insurance. The staff was really nice and helped me get insurance with the state. Wow, everything was paid for! Dr. Sivkin and her partner were really nice and answered all my questions. I had my baby at Yale and it was great! I would definetely recommend Dr. Sivkin.

Please don't go to Dr Sivkin. I ended up delivering with her when her partner (no longer there) was out and had a terrible experience and unnecessary c-section. She was rude and condescending to me and my husband.

Dr Sivkin is nice. The office staff is GREAT ! It is hard to speak to her with out making an apt. My other doctor used to call after hours. I had a problem with my birth control and the girl on the phone went out of her way to help me.

I saw this doctor only a few times when my other doctor was not there. She talks way too fast and if you ask her a question she looks at you funny. I did not want to see her anymore and my other doctor left the practice. A new gynecologist took her place and she was no good either. Not to mention that the staff isn't very nice, particularly one woman who constantly told me to do things when I had a problem without a doctor's approval. Because of her I left that practice and now see a wonderful gynecologist I can't be more happy with. STAY AWAY from this office!!

You'll spend at LEAST 30 minutes waiting for your appointment. If you have one at all. The receptionist sometimes has a habit of cancelling patient appointments without telling them. Dr. Sivkin herself is very rushed. She's good if you go in for a yearly, then are out again until the next year. But once a problem pops up, or even if you're looking for birth control, it's appointment after appointment after appointment. She will not discuss birth control options during a routine visit, so be prepared for two copays. Also, watch out for one of the women who works there. She seems to think she's a doctor, and will offer (often incorrect) medical opinions. Very disappointed in the office as of late, as they used to be very efficient and kind. Now that I've had a medical issue, they've been of no help to me. I'm finding a new doctor and trying again.

THis dr was very rude to me. I was in pain and SHe yelled at me and said I wasnt having a contraction. (as if I was making it up) I said I was having PAIN and couldnt help where I felt it. SHe never gave me medicine to take care of the UTI that I came in for. She did not tell the truth about her knowledge of the medication that I was on. SHe said she never heard of it. ALso never heard of my old dr so in her mind he doesnt exist. Asked me more than once if I did cocaine etc. SHe asked a lot of questions but in the end provided no care. SHe didnt even get all the answers to the questions she asked. She turned the ultrasound machine off as soon as I asked what gender my baby was and said we are not here for that. It is my opinion that her presence in the room made it uncomfortable for the ultrasound tech to work. SHe Called my primary dr without my permission. I dont want to return to her. I would like to see an honest doctor who doesn't judge you.
