Dr. Butler was punctual for my appointment . This was my first office visit with him. He listened to my concerns and was patient in hearing me out. He was knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment of my needs. I never felt rushed. My overall experience with him and the staff was very good. I would definitely refer friends or family to him.

I am looking forward to my next visit.

My experience with Dr. Butler was extremely good. He seemed very knowledgable, professional and attentive to my concerns. I felt very comfortable and at ease with him and I rarely feel that way with doctors. I highly recommend him. The staff at the office where I met him for the initial consultation were very pleasant. And the staff at the location where the procedures were done were wonderful; Although, one of the receptionists at the location of the procedures wasn't very friendly. Another patient confronted her and told her she was rude. Nevertheless, the overall experience went surprisingly well for me.

Dr, James is pretty good and knowledgeble. The only compaint I have is that sometime he rushes a lot instead of listening to details. Staff is ok not friendly though and when you call for an appointment they are pretty mean.

Excellent diagnostician. Listens to full history, made accurate diagnosis first time. Makes time for emergency appointments. Staff extremely helpful and very pleasant.
