Been going to Dr. Topper for at least 15 years. He's a dentist who is highly recommended. He won't jump at doing expensive procedures even though that would make him more money - he takes his time and holds off when possible. He has also given me quick visits to adjust appliances, etc., without charging. An outstanding dentist, and I don't rate most people nearly this highly.
