Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Dr. Lusty is kind and caring. She takes her time with patients. There seems to be a lag with things that have to go to her desk, but the office staff is very helpful and responsive when you call back and remind them she was going to take care of something. The wait in her office to see her can be long but she takes as much time as you need with her and answers all questions you have.
