Didn't make it to the doctor's appt. because this doctor cancelled me because I was 10 minutes late. So sad when a doctor's staff is rude and belittling and then tells you that because you are 10 minutes late, he is refusing to see you. Well lucky for me I have sites like this that I can go to and report this type of mean treatment. The front office staff was miserable and mean; they must hate their jobs. Coming into the front office, I could feel the negative vibe and the front desk receptionist was rude and then the lady that came to talk to me and tell me they cancelled my appt. was even more rude. Well, cancelling a vulnerable patient that waited 2 weeks to get into an appt. with you, may seem like legitimate reasons, but most doctors leave a 15 minute window of time esp. when your appt. is at 3:30 and you show up at 3;10 and it is your first time at the office. Don't waste your time on this practice or any of the people that work there because they won't work with you. Getting past the negative attitudes of the miserably unhappy and condescending office staff just doesn't shout out a positive experience for anyone. Who needs that kind of treatment esp. when you are paying for it. Oh, and get this, I called to give them a chance to make it right, but I was told by a scheduler that someone would call me back. No one called me back at all. She said the 'person in charge' was in a back office doing something. I think that is code for "We could care less what you think about us or our service. We are better than you and we don't need you. "

Dr Jin is the best! He is very thorough and explains everything in detail. Extremely professional and trustworthy. He took care of my dad as he would as his own. e Are blessed to have him!

Dr Jin will pull up a chair and talk with you, he communicates very well. As another reviewer states he's very calming. He even listened to soothing music while he performed my procedure. He just has a way about him that makes you feel your in good hands.

Dr. Jin implanted my pacemaker. In the pre-op visit, he explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. The implant went well with no issues. The scar is minimal. He is a very calm and attentive doctor. Wish there were more like him. Thank you.
