Read the previous reviews, it's true. His staff is unprofessional and they have attitudes. He was nice. And handsome. But it was a long long wait.

Never again. Rude front desk, they act like patients don't matter and the wait time is ridiculous. The back girl literally held my son's head against the poof machine to get his reading and he was crying.

His staff at the front desk are rude and not caring. It not good to go to a place where you are treated bad.

Do not waste your time. Nurses and front desk girls have attitudes, like working there is the worst day of their life. Dr Scott was nice, but he was literally in and out. I had more questions that I didn't get to ask because they were so busy. They take walkins which slows down the people who make appointments. It's too much time to spend in a crappy waiting room listening to the front desk ladies complain to been seen for 10 minutes.

This guy needs to replace his staff. Terrible terrible. Dr Conroy is nice though. I had to wait 2 hours to be seen and I actually had an appointment. The staff was letting people who were obviously walk-ins go before people who had appointments.

Staff has gone downhill. Dr is good. Ladies in the office are rude and unprofessional. Was in a few weeks ago and WILL NOT be back because of his staff. Absolutely terrible.

Some of his staff are rude and uncaring and the female optothalmologist who works with him doesn't introduce herself when she came to the room to examine my daughter. She can be the cleaning lady wearing a scrub for all I know.

I was in this office for the first time last week. I will go back and recommend him. Staff is sweet. He was knowledgable but the wait time is long.
