Dr Schenck is the best doctor I've ever had. She is VERY knowledgeable and thorough. She has excellent listening skills, eye contact and bedside manner. She explains things so the average person can understand what it is you're discussing with her. She is also kind, patient, calm, soft spoken and very sweet. I got really lucky picking her as my doctor after moving to Rockford over 2 years ago. She is the type of doctor that makes you actually look forward to your appointments. Unfortunately, I have to switch health care plans and she does not accept the new one. I'm SOOOOOO disappointed.

Best care ever she knows just what to do. one time I remember I had a fever she kept me in the waiting room till my mom came and got me she checked on me often and her nurse did some care to help me to. dr. schenk made sure to get my fever down I remeber cool cloths to cool me down a shot for my vomiting and comfort to let me know I was safe I will never forget that day thats how I knew she was the one. she keeps me safe and out of harms way. she knows when to proud of me and when to get me the right medication. its like going to therapy. she takes her time to listen and understand. she is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. she is caring and compassionate. I call her office and she calls me back she does not rush the call. don't know what I would do without Dr. Katherine Schenk she is like my savior and my rock. if I was scoring on a 1-100 I would give her 100 because in my entire life I have never had someone who is so compassionate about her job and loves her patient's.
