Cannot give a review on Ta as I was never able to see him. Lost a filing and was recommended this facility - which is 1.5 hours from my residence. Received a text from them asking me to be there 15 prior to my appointment time - which was 1:00 PM therefore making 12:45 PM the requested time of arrival, I left my house at 11:30 AM and immediately ran into road construction, which prompted me to contact the office to inform them I might be a few minutes late - thought it was the consideration thing to do. Arrived at 12:45 PM as requested only to find office closed. Waited until 1:05 PM for the office to open before I left. Called and left a message on an actual answering machine stating I was there at the requested time and waited 20 minutes before leaving. NEVER RECEIVED a call APOLOGIZING or even acknowledging that I missed my appointment, I know the 25th of September he is leaving the practice so my assumption he, and his staff, really don't care about this situation. He claims to be a Christian (7th Day Adventist) but his behavior was far from being Christian - normal I assume since it didn't effect him or his family in anyway!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE TO ANYONE EVEN AFTER HIS "BUDDY" FROM DENTAL SCHOOL STAKES OVER!! BE AWARE OF FAILED PATIENT CARE!
