I have had Dr. Floyd as a primary care doctor for several years. She is very open and takes the time to look you in the eye and really listen to your concerns. She isn't one of those doctors who will just give you meds to get you out of the office. She really does care about making sure that if she perscribes something, that is appropriate to your symptoms. She is also very willing to refer you to a specialist if additional needs are there.
