Love this office. They actually run on time and respect their patients time. Dr Laprade is wonderful!

The office staff is so unfriendly, we dread every visit. If you are even one minute late, the entire office staff including Dr. Laprade look at you like you've committed a mortal sin. They never go the extra step for their patients and instead are all about them. In this day and age where there are so many orthodontists to choose from, they should be treating every patient and his/her family like gold -- not dirt like they do. Unfortunately I did not hear about his reputation before committing to Dr. Laprade's services, but I most definitely will not be bringing my other children there for dental work. I hear Dr. Izzi in our area is excellent and he and his staff are pleasant and good to their patients and families. I can't wait to switch!
