Dr. Chan was hospitalist for my in-patient husband. Doesn't return calls; difficult to get a hold of when she hospitalist treating your loved one. Dr. Chan did not listen to the family member (caregiver), ignored family member's increasing concerns, over-medicated my husband with narcotics and mis-diagnosed his worsening condition. Nurses intervened and stopped narcotics; family member promptly improved. Dr Chan never acknowledged. I would have to agree with 8/26/2011 reviewer that Dr Chan is judgmental and it over-ruled making a correct diagnosis.

While the front desk staff is very welcoming and mostly freindly, the physician I saw was aweful! Worst Doctor I have ever been to hands down. She was rude, judgmental, and she didn't listen. I told her several times I couldn't take a certain medication and she wasn't listening. She diagnosed me in all of 5min and I left in more pain then when I came in. I hope no patient ever has to feel the way she made me feel! Horrible person
