Run, don't walk away from this office. The staff is extremely rude and uncaring. They will not try to help their patients at all. The wait times are ridiculous and the time spent with a patient is only a couple of minutes. Donna is the only bright spot. She's fantastic, but the rest of the staff from the office help to the nursing staff and Dr. Mobley are only in the medical profession for the pay check. The building and parking lot are in major need of repairs and so is the staff.

The staff is very rude and impersonal- Time actually spent with Dr. Mobley per visit- less than 3-4 minutes. He is Ex-Military and I respect that. BUT He was brash and had ZERO bedside manner. The worst of my visits was when I went to him to get a referral to a Mental Health M.D. for a change to my prescription. He said he could do that and also refill my current prescription until I was referred- that I just needed basic blood/urine tests- well...later when I got the bill- I find that those tests were a full ILLICIT drug test?!? which cost $179.00 *out of pocket AFTER INSURANCE. I work for the Army and submit to random urinalysis tests throughout the year- I never thought I would ever have to PAY for one because I requested a Doctor visit referral! My other visits for illness or injury were all very brief, uneventful, and I always left feeling that the reason for my visit was unresolved- Now if I'm sick or hurt and need a doctor- I would rather just go to an Urgent Care Clinic

Extremely educated in his field and still serves our military from time to time.He is well worth the time to have a dr. that has the knowledge to diagnose a problem the first time and get it right. His Physicians Asst.Donna is one of the most caring I have had the pleasure of seeing. All in all, they make a good team. When they are overbooked or have run into complications, they have been more than helpful in getting me into their fellow clinic in Aransas Pass. You aren't just told to come another day.I feel grateful to have them as my dr.-team.They are one of very few that still take walk-ins.Dr. Mobley & Donna McMahan are a true asset to South TX.

There was no communication between the staff and the doctor. The staff did not allow us to speak or leave message for the PCP nor the practicioner, we ended up staying without meds for 3 wks until we got another doctor. Changing to a different doctor was the best choice I made.

Staff and Dr. Mobley are the worse ever. I have Medicaid and he made a racial sarcastic remark about my insurance. Saying its cheap. A employee quit there because he is so racial beware. Please.
