Worse experience of my life! Office staff overcharged me--Dr. was 6 hours late for my surgery and had the staff attempting to find him. My 9:00 surgery started at 2:00 and no one said anything! Very uncaring and sloppy. My neck now, after his $200K surgery is a mess and I need more surgery to fix it. NEVER use Dr. Tolbert.

My husband was seen my Dr Tolbert on a Monday. He had surgery on Wednesday due to the condition that my husband was in. Dr Tolbert took to the time to explain, and go over photos with us on the condition. Dr Tolbert and his staff were all amazing! I would recommend Dr Tolbert to anybody in need!

Terrible office staff and Dr Tobert wins the greedy award. He was 5 hours late for my surgery and never saw me again. I stayed 2 days in the hospital and was sent home without seeing any doctor! Terrible--stay away from this office.

Dr. Tolbert operated on my fathers brain for 9+ hours and his first comment when he came out was 'I got every bit of it!!!'. My dad has cancer throughout his body. In order to 'get every bit of it', he had to do serious damage to my dad's brain. Why he would do that when my dad is terminal is beyond me. Now he is terminal with no quality of life. He was walking and working up to the day before his surgery. Dr. Tolbert told us my dad would be up and walking the next day and out of the hospital in 3-5 days. It is a month later and my dad, although awake (now), is still in the hospital unable to move his body or talk. Dr. Tolbert has not been seen or heard from since about a week after the surgery. If he is checking on him, we wouldn't know, haven't seen him and we are there everyday, all day. His office staff clearly hate people and are no help and would not even get him to call me after leaving numerous messages. I would run not walk in the opposite direction.

Dr Tolbert was 5 hours late for my surgery. I could hear the staff, page after page, looking for him. I never saw him again for 6 weeks after a long 6+ hr. surgery. Office staff rude and money-grubbing. When I was seen at Mayo in MN, it was suggested that I go there to "fix" his surgery!!

Rude office staff from initial appointment to the end of my office visits. Dr Tolbert was 5 hours late for my surgery and the hospital couldn't find him. He operated for 6 hours on my neck and didn't see me for 6 weeks!! Greedy and uncompassionate!!

Terrible office staff--rude! Dr. has same problem.He is uncaring & doesn't explain anything to patient. Poor communications and poor surgeon. Do not use this group!!!
