She uses scare tactics to get you to comply with whatever she wants done and control your labor and delivery. She is very friendly and understanding up until the moment she yells at you in your delivery room and treats you like you’re an uneducated, ignorant mom. It takes forever to be seen at her office. If you book an appointment, don’t expect to be seen for at least 40 minutes after your appointment time. Her nurse is rude and doesn’t really care about the patients. I told her I hadn’t felt the baby move and that I was spotting. She told me she would tell jean-Pierre and that I would get a phone call if she felt concerned. I never got a phone call and her nurse never even told jean-Pierre. Luckily the baby was fine. That was the first, but not last, trouble I had with the nurse. There reception people are nice, but they use scare tactics too to try to change your mind. Overall terrible experience
