Always have a great experience at NAWC. Dr. Vivek is the best! She's been my doc for over 10 years and I have delivered 3 kids with her and the practice. Nurses are great and front desk as well.

Didn’t feel like I was listened to or cared about. Not impressed with this practice including doctors, nurse practitioner or staff. There are better doctors out there.

Felt the doctor is cool, but the staff are worst ever.
A year back, i visited Dr.Sujatha vivek and she referred me to the endocrinologist, and its smooth upto here.
But later after a year, i gave a call to the same hospital to take an appointment of another doctor who works at the same hospital, the staff said its not possible to meet the other doctor in the same hospital according to our policy in which you have accepted and signed.
But when i asked the staff to just mail me the papers which i have signed, they started saying that, its our new policy where patient who consulted one doctor should not consult the other doctor in the same hospital. Then why did this worst staff said that u have signed papers without me signing no where. If its their new policy, why would it work for me as i dint signed. Being in such respective dignified positions, how would these people(worst staff)
are not shameful to lie.. I would never suggest anyone here, its waste of time & money and even if there is any emergency, these people are not going to take care even you are existing patient.

I delivered with Dr. Sujatha Vivek, and she gave me the best care I could have asked for. This was our first baby, and we were not sure what we were doing, and we had no idea that there would be a few bumps on the road to get here. She eased my mind and helped me through every worry I had. Not only is she a great OB, but she also helped me and my husband to get pregnant. I have PCOS and we weren't really sure how that was going to affect us. I have read the few reviews on here, and felt the need to speak up as I feel these things being said just aren't true. They have a nurse line where you can call and leave a message, and I have never not had a return phone call, even got a call back within the same day! Test results are easily seen on the patient portal on their website, and they even call to tell me if my tests are normal. My primary doctor doesn't even do that. I should have gave her a glowing review a few months back when we delivered, but having a baby has made our life super busy! I must say the entire staff is super nice. They always are smiling and laughing with me and my husband, but they know how to handle situations when you are scared. The nurses do more than just take a blood pressure and leave the room. They take the time to hear my concerns and help if they can both in and out of the office. I have been a patient there for over 4 years and have seen the practice grow a lot. I did meet the other providers a few times during the pregnancy, when Dr. Vivek was at a delivery, they were very caring and all around this practice is just full of great people.

She is outright rude. Sometimes you can see her yelling the staff. Focuses only on negative aspects and blows it out of proportion. She is more interested in money. She would refer everyone to Maternal Fetal specialists even if it isn't a high risk pregnancy. She doesn't spend much time with patients and doesn't try to care about the patients opinion and doesn't answer questions. The staff would give an appointment when she is out of town and you would be seen by a nurse hygienist. And she goes out of town quite frequently. She tries to force C-sections nowadays. She adopts a lot of strategies to make you think you have lot of complications.
The front desk staff is incompetent too. Sometimes they would be chatting with their colleagues and they would forget that you are waiting to be seen by the doctor and you would have to wait for hours. Also, they would expect you to pay the money upfront weeks before the baby is delivered. There are better doctors in the area.

More than 20 yrs experience and Board certified in two continents. The office is so beautiful I wanted to stay longer. The staffs are excellent, courteous and explain every thing A to Z from day one. You can reach them any time. Excellent care and I do not hesitate to recommend to anyone who needs 7 Star care.
