I am in the second trimester with my second child under Dr. Beth's care. I am a uique case. Almost 40 years. Old with Multiple Sclerosis. She has been heaven sent for my family. Her no nonsense approach to our dr/patient partnership made her care very professional and direct. Both behaviors that i appreciate. The negative posts that i see her seem personality based. But these things do not and should not suggest that her abilities as a OBGYN should fall into question.

Dr Beth Boyles was always wonderful to me. I trusted Dr Beth Boyles with my life. I had to have emergency surgery and she took the best care of me.
It was her nurse at that time that was horrible to me. I was billed for something incorrectly. I continued explaining to them that there was an error on the bill. I even pointed out to them the fact that I had never had a balance on my bill because I always paid at time of service. But because I continued to appeal this erroneous charge the nurse told me I was dismissed from their practice and to never call again for any future appointments. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I told the nurse that was not fair at all. I was being charged in error for a service that didn't occur but the nurse was so rude and nasty she wouldn't even try to reason with me about the wrong billing. A year later I called Dr Boyles office because I was having serious issues and that same nurse got on the phone and told me that I was already told once to not call back for an appointment, so don't call back. At that point I told her if it would make her happy I would just go ahead and pay the incorrect bill just so Dr Boyles could examine me since she had always been my doctor and knew my past medical history. The nurse replied that I should have thought of that before and paid it to begin with and I wouldn't be in this situation, than hung up on me. Dr Beth Boyles was my doctor. I trusted her and only her. I am quite positive that Dr Boyles had no idea this happened to me because every single time I would call there they would put that same nurse on the phone. It was like my file was marked to only transfer my calls to that nurse. I couldn't get any calls past that nurse. I even tried asking for the office manager, still got that nurse.
Dr Beth Boyles if you read this I was taken from you over an error that could have been easily resolved but your nurse made it her personal vendetta to block me from you. I need you, your the only one who knows my medical issues and I'm scared of what I may be facing next with those medical issues.

Over all is good patient care with exception of after hours care. If you have a problem before or after office hours there is not a healthcare professional on call for patients with an urgent concern after a procedure

I have had the same Dr. since I was 12 years old. As of this last year he stopped delivering babies. I was so nervous and scared to see someone new and did go to another ob in Gahanna. My experience was so bad. Then I found Dr. Beth Boyles, she is just so wonderful, she always treats my husband and myself with such care and respect. She is very patient with ALL (and there are alot) of my questions. She is gentle and has very good bedside manner. I feel like she cares what happens to me and my lil bean on the way. I'm so glad I found her and would recommend her to everyone.

Great doctor, very sincere and caring. I have been a patient for many years and find her very knowledgeable. She has delivered all of my grandchildren and is exceptional with older women.

Dr Beth Boyles was exceptionally knowledgable when it came to my leep surgery and then 3 years later my enlarging fibroid. She is fantastic in answering my questions and is definitely aggressive in taking care of my problems that needed surgery which she was also able to perform flawlessly. I highly recommend her if you can.

I suffered from endo for almost a year but my OBGY refused to believe I had it because of my age (36). My primary recommended Dr. Beth and I couldn't be happier. She never made me feel rushed - listened to everything I had to say and appeared very concerned for my well being. After some cat scans - turned out I had fibroids - she performed the surgery and lo and behold - I also had endo. I have been so thankful to have that painful period put behind me and I owe it all to Dr. Beth. I would recommend (and have) her to anyone.

Dr. Beth has been great for us. I switched to her after a disappointing experience with a different OB on the delivery of my first child. My 2nd delivery was a much better experience thanks to her. Even though the office isn't excepting my insurance, I hesitate to change doctors as she is always willing to listen and makes me feel like she is not rushed. As a nurse, knowing my choices, I would recommend her to anyone!

I would never recommend Dr.Beth to anyone! Changing OB's to someone else at 15 weeks was the best choice i made! I was having several health problems that she failed to give any thought too, and when she admited me to Labor and Delivery at 15 weeks she didn't even come to the hospital to see me! She was never around to answer questions and was always behind! My appts were always at 330 but I'd never get pulled back until after 5! We always felt rushed and she had no bedside manner!

I was very disappointed in Dr. Beth Boyles. She was very rough in handling my belly to the point where it was quite painful. Additionally, she had little to no bedside manners. I left the appt. with a bad feeling over the treatment I received. I would not recommend this physician.
