This "Doctor" is a complete joke and has only one thing on his mind, HOW TO MAKE AS MUCH MONEY off his patients as possible. I have been on thyroid medication for almost 30 years now, 20 of it on the same dosage. When I came to Niadu he refused to continue my dosage as HE felt it was too much even though my blood test results showed only a slightly high level. But he didn't care to listen to anything I had to say. The only thing that he cares about is sending you to get blood work EVERY 3 months. I have never had a doctor request so much blood, especially after being on the same dose for SO long. (According to other doctors, this is a complete misuse of the system. His office staff is the rudest people I have ever meet. His check in nurse is the Wicked Witch of the South East. I think she eats a box of nails for breakfast everyday. Yesterday I went to request my medical records as I am NEVER going back to him again, they said they would give them to me at a cost of $150. Again for copies of all the blood work I have already paid for. $150 for 10 copies, Once again this doctor is only about making sure his pockets are full. Its probably because no one ever wants to return. If you are looking for a good doctor that actually listens to his patients, DO NOT COME HERE! Find someone else as fast as you can!!!!

I have known Dr. Naidu for 42 yrs. and have sent all of my Endo patients to him since then. Now I'm a patient of his. On my 1st visit with him for my diabetes he put me on 1 pill and 18 units if insulin. That dose brought my glucose to normal! I asked him how he knew my correct dose right off the bat. He said EXPERIENCE! I guess 50 years of practice does it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Naidu's for over 40 years now. He and his staff have always been very caring and extremely helpful. I find him extremely intelligent. He has monitored my health all these years keeping me in excellent physical condition for a diabetic and someone who has had thyroid cancer resulting in the removal of my thyroid. I definitely credit him with the preservation of my life more than one time over these many years. I would recommend him to anyone, he actually now takes care of my oldest daughter who was also diagnosed with diabetes.

My husband has seen this doctor twice and we both are very pleased with him and his office staff. The wait over all wasn't very long, he listened and the ladies in the office are wonderful. When ever I've called with a question of any kind, they have called me back the same day and did whatever I needed to be done. Couldn't ask for more.

My husband saw Dr. Naidu on his initial visits and never again after that. Unless you have a necessary surgerical procedure, plan on seeing his PA. Dr. Naidu is very knowlegdgeable but lacks communication skills. You leave his office with little to no information. It's kind of like he gets offended when you ask him questions. Definitely sees too many patients. If there were other Endo doctors in the UHC network my husband would have switched. For now, we have to endure his practice. Would not recommend to any one.

I had one visit in Dr. Naidu's office and never returned. I was one week out of the hospital and arrived for my first visit. Needless to say, I had many questions as a newly diabetic. I asked if I would be able to see Dr. Naidu and was told "no", that I would be seeing the PA from now on. I insisted on seeing Dr. Naidu to go over my hospital records and was told again that Dr. Naidu was too busy for all patients to see him. I never returned. Oh, also, the office does not take debit or credit cards. Check, cash or Money Order?! only! Ridiculous.

Dr. Naidu was great on my initial appt. He listened, talked to me and obviously cared. After that I have seen his PA, wasn't real impressed with her. Staff in the Riverdale office is not very friendly at all, but I love Dr. Naidu, if you can ever actually see him.
