I've been going to Dr. Hildebrand for almost 14 years. There is a reason I've been with them for so long. Dr. Hildebrand is a great doctor and the staff are kind. I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to get inside an exam room and I haven't had to wait very long after that to see the doctor. Overall I always feel better leaving!

The staff was horrible. Not helpful. Rude. Not willing to do their job. I went in to get paperwork and the office shows they are open until 6 pm. Their doors were locked by 5:40 pm. Went in next day and they had 'special hours' that day and wouldn't be in until 2. Went in at 2 and even with the appropriate documentation, the wife of the dr refused to give me anything. RUDEST PEOPLE EVER.
