Brent Mixon has a attitude issue. Made a comment to him and specifically stated it was not a complaint just FYI an observation. Stated that his office manager talks too much while conducting business. She talking if other OD office do this etc. they don't know what they are doing just carrying on unnecessarily. Every other word out of her mouth is my love, sweet pea that was annoying. Instead just doing her job. He got really defensive, like what's up with that! Instead of listening he gets crazy about it. Obviously he doesn't know how to listen and not get defensive. A professional would of listened and said he would check into it and if he chose to do nothing that's his call instead of getting irate about it. Would not recommend this OD.
