I have known Dr. Bill for over 40 years. I trust his assessments and talent a great deal. To me I could never believe him to be anything but professional. As a father he has two lovely daughters and he is a wonderful family man. He always went beyond his abilities to help resolve dental problems. If he was closer to where we live my wife and I would still be going to him. He in Butler and us in Rostraver Township which is probably 40 some miles away makes the ride too difficult on my wife who has MS - By all means trust Dr. Bill to be your dentist. He has numerous talents in preparing tooth reconstruction as well. I've had caps on the front of my mouth for 40 years and "never" came loose.

He's a pervert! He pressed his "hardness" against my arm while I was in the dental chair. He then proceeded to expose himself and asked me "don't you want some of this?". He should Not be practicing. He should be in therapy. He should Not be around females. He, apparently, cannot control his sexual urges!
Don't go to him!
