She is incredibly well-connected to other professionals in the area and knows the best specialists to send her patients to (oral surgeons, periodontists). Dr. McAndrew has gone out of her way on numerous occasions when issues have arisen to see me on a weekend, take my call after hours and ensure that when I do have a problem that I am seen the same day to develop a plan to remedy the problem. She has always taken the time to explain to me what is going on, what needs to happen and what the options are. She routinely communicates with other providers to make the network of care seamless.
